I literally dont know if the ashwagandha will do anything i have 180 pills so as they say 2 a day so i have 3 months to tell if the pills are doing okay i hope they will but the seller themselves.... THEY SAID NOTHING..... THEY FORFILLED THE ORDER. THEY ARE THE SECOND THING I BOUGHT THAT DAY TO ARRIVE.
