OmniModels has been in business since 1988, carrying a full line of hobby products from over 320 manufacturers. We offer FREE ground shipping service on all U.S. orders of $69.00 or more. We're known for low prices and personal service. Each of our store inventory items is in new and unused condition, and in the manufacturer's original packaging. Occasionally we also include products within the auction listings. For auction items, you can view the item condition of each to determine if new or used.
Payment policy
The OmniModels eBay store accepts payments via PayPal only. Such payments can be securely tied to either your credit card or checking account. Visit our web site at OmniModels.com for additional payment methods.
Postage information
OmniModels uses a variety of shippers, reserving the right to choose the shipper, and cannot accommodate requests for preferred shippers. Once the order has shipped, we must allow the shipper a reasonable time frame to deliver. We reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. Shippers reserve the right to request a signature. We cannot demand a shipper leave a package. You may contact the shipper for instructions regarding options. Once the package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. When using a forwarding company, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise after the forwarding company has accepted delivery. The forwarding company must report shipping damage for a claim to be filed. We are not responsible for delays in express delivery orders due to weather conditions and/or attempted deliveries. Export documentation will not be provided. The buyer is responsible for following import regulations.
Return policy
Complete instructions for returning merchandise are printed on the back of your OmniModels invoice. Please carefully read those instructions if you need to return an item. We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from OmniModels within 30 days of receipt (not applicable for returning software). There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, installing radio parts in a model, cutting up balsa sheets in kits, installing software or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to OmniModels in any way.

Order fulfillment
OmniModels ships within the United States, to APO and FPO addresses, and to almost all countries in the world except for these: Afghanistan, Benin, Brunei, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Malaysia, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, and Syria. We have two warehouse locations from which we ship. In some cases your order may ship from either our Illinois location, our Nevada location or a combination of both. If you feel that your order is missing merchandise, please carefully read your invoice as your order may have been shipped from two locations (this will be noted on the invoice) and may arrive on two different days. We will always attempt to deliver your items from the warehouse nearest you. In the event that the closest warehouse is out of the item(s) you ordered, we will ship from the other location to save you the inconvenience of a back order.
