gooday, due to laziness and memory I forgot to leave feed back also, please forgive, have traded with you for a time now and apart from a slight hick up with postage amounts am quiet happy with quality of service and quality of items . . . Thank you . . .

Not a happy customer. Had the listing as 10 available (bissell pet hair eraser) and they had 0 in stock. They did not notify me immediately. They said they would refund or I could wait. I waited nearly 2 weeks and didnt hear a peep from the seller, so I sent an email asking when I should expect to receive my item they said wednesday at the earliest. Wednesday rolled around and they still had no stock and still no message so once again, I messaged them. They still had no ETA so I got my money back. The excuse I was given was "someone listed these on our account and we were not aware". Heres a news flash, the account is registered in someones name, you are trading as a business. If you can not trust your employees to update your listings appropriately then maybe you should look at who your staff are. After all, it doesnt matter who lists the item on your account. At the end of the day you are responsible. I can see from your feedback I am not the only one this happened to! FIX IT!

I also forgot to post feedback. I received my purchase very quickly and I am most satisfied.

Thank you so much for the efficient service! I bought the coffee machine as a christmas present and altough it came damaged, nationwide worked extremely fast to provide the replacement part! I will definately be visiting your store again and reccomending you to all my friends.
