Item was marked as 'sent' 2 days after order but no tracking info supplied. Was then told by seller the item had not shipped! Tried for over 2 weeks to get an update on when item would be sent. Was told they were waiting for shipper to get back to them. Tried for over a week to get a refund and move on - seller refused, wanted to wait until their shipper responded - but no timeframes provided. Quite condescending, no apologies provided. Others appear to have had similar issues. Beware!

Yes! BEWare OF MORON BUYERS! Its not hard to understand that if a shipper has sent off the item and there is an issue, that we really need to hear from them first so we know what happened! We explained this to you many times however you dont seem to comprehend the situation at all! I could explain condescending to you but you probably wouldnt understand.You got a refund Karen...so...move along. Stay away from ebay!

Thank you motorman12345 for so clearly confirming your poor attitude towards your customers.. Falsely stating that an item had shipped and not being concerned that you couldnt give me any idea if/when it was coming - and hiding behind your supplier as the reason, then refusing to refund until you had no other choice - is certainly not a customer-focused attitude. Your potential buyers can draw their own conculsions.

Took forever to arrive with no communication, I had to keep chasing the seller up re when they will arrive . Finally arrived and smaller than the center cap , threw them away
