More For Pets Limited offer our customers a 14 day period in which they can return any items that they have purchased from us in the condition that they were sent out in - That is as new condition, with unopened packing. Please contact us before sending your item letting us know what you are returning and why so that we are expecting its arrival. Any returned items should be sent to our returns address clearly labelled with your contact details and the original order number to assist your refund. We do ask that you return using a signed for service (second class recorded or courier as required) for everyone's security. The cost of returning items to us is down to you the customer to pay and will not be refunded. Any items purchased from us with FREE DELIVERY will have the delivery cost deducted from the purchase price before refunding. Upon receipt of the item and its processing the purchase price or percentage of will be refunded to the original payment source only.

If you are unlucky enough to receive any of the items in your delivery damaged then please notify us as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate action. Please send a photograph of the damaged item, the outer packaging and the inner packaging to info@moreforpets.ltd.uk with your order number and contact details to assist us in dealing with your case as soon as we can. Do not return the item to us unless specifically requested to as you will not receive your postage costs back - if we do require the return of an item we will refund postage costs.

In the very rare instance of receiving an incorrect item please contact us straight away with a description of the received item and your order details so that we can plan the best course of action for rectifying the situation as quickly as possible.
