I believe the shipping handlers caused damage to the packaging. As the strapping had cut into the box. Outside of box was damaged and several holes were punctured into it. Item itself was as described. Beautiful and sounds great. Some cosmetic damage nothing to be upset about, really. Sounds beautiful. I do wish I would have purchased the hard case though. Thank you.

El vendedor nunca contestó mis mensajes y pagué por envío de 2 días y tardó 1 semana en llegar. El instrumento fué pagado viernes, pero hasta lunes crearon el envío, llegó al próximo viernes a PR. En cuanto al instrumento, mi hijo me indica que salvo detalles mínimos de pintura en terminaciones, está muy bien. Funciona excelente y todo lo que ofrecían, llegó.

The seller has not gotten back to me at all about expected new delivery date or how it is to be shipped. Their lack of response is very concerning, unusual and unprofessional. I will not be dealing with them ever again. Delivery was to be anywhere from 9/16 to 9/21. Itis now the 24th and still no delivery or response from the seller. But I'm sure they've depisited my money without a problem.
