We try to save on p&h, by combining, free pickup, and we give repeat buyers a discount, and sometimes other buyers depending on how much you paid. Handling fees is one we are working toward terminating in the near future. We sell at realistic prices or what the market thinks its worth. We never judge anyone by their feedback and give newbies a chance to buy from us so they can build up their credibility, after all that's how we started. BP-40x20x18, BT-43x31x14 is $4.00 and BW-41x30x26 $5.00 P&H. We do not skimp or use seconds for wrapping or second hand boxes. We endeavor to make sure you get your items intact without any damage whatsoever. We pride ourselves with how we package goods.

We will refund ONLY if we did not describe properly, AND IF the item was damaged through lack of packaging. We would ask you to take pics of the item and original packing, send it to us and normally that's enough for us, we would refund straight away no questions asked. If we need you to post back the item, it must be registered at the buyers expense to return the item back to us. But if the damage was through the Aus. Post we will not be accountable for that. We recommend that you register the item so a claim can be made to the Aus. Post. We always offer our customers registered post over $50. Please contact us first, and I am sure we can work this out fairly where there is a win win situation. We stand by our policy. It's a thrill to know that someone overseas has bought our items, less thrilling when they realise the postage cost then decide not to buy it without making contact with us. We need you to know if you purchase an item without realising just how much the postage will cost, contact us and we will cancel the bid. Air mail is expensive and there is nothing we can do about that without putting us out of pocket. Seamail is cheaper if you are willing to wait I think about three months for it. We strive to be accurate, and honest with everything we sell. We describe items as best as we can, and overlooking flaws are not intentional. We do research on a lot of the old items that we get and put it in our description. Although we are not experts we will not deceive our customers in anyway or form. Honesty is the best policy.
