Excellent customer service - very fast reply for my question regarding the stock. The item was as described and in good quality. Delivery delayed but it’s to do with Australia Post and not the seller. The seller made sure they post it on the same day by express. I would have visited the store in person if I lived close by. beautiful took 2 days to ship nice and thick packaged very nicely curly doesn't tangle immediately, as a cosplayer i still soak in fabric softner but that's just part of the wig process. be try kind, sent me pictures of the wig in real life to match the colour, very helpful and responds fast! excellent seller i will be looking here for future cosplay headgear!
