Could have a benefit.
You are most likely looking at these reviews so you can gauge if this is one of those infomercial type products.. It is. Compares nothing to a real exercise bike, the resistance is poor and when turned up to an acceptable level the unit does not stay in place. If you are using it after an injury to gain mobility or motion in the knees and legs then i can see a benefit, however for any exercise or strengthening beyond that dont bother.
