Payment policy
The successful highest bidder must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 3 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise, highest-bidder will be considered as a NON-PAYING bidder
Postage information
We intend to ship within 72 hours after payment has been received in full and no later than 5 days, please allow 4 business days for delivery. Machinery Direct™ are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages during delivery.
Return policy
For all faulty items,the buyer must contact us by e-mail. We will send a form to the buyer to complete and kindly send the form back to us together with the faulty item. Please Note. For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer. If the buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, the item will NOT be accepted.

Warranty
We warrant that all products are free from defective materials and workmanship for 12 months where specified in the listing with 3 months being our standard full warranty unless otherwise specified.
for household use and for commercial use/purposes a 3 month warranty applies from the date of
purchase - this is consistant with commercial warranties provided by major machinery brands. We
agree to replace any part that proves to be defective. Where a parts warranty is specified the
buyer is responsible for any labor required to remove/return/refit the part. Parts that are
damaged by neglect or misuse, incorrect assembly/maintenance or collision/accidents or any
consumable items are not covered. Any faulty part need to be returned to us so we can
examine/test and repair/replace. All freight, handling and insurance costs remain the
responsibly of the buyer for both ways.
DOA Return Policy
We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOAs must be notified/returned to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us first. If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense. We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the buyer.
