i have just been on ebay for a very short time, trying my hardest to collect as much positive feedback i can so as i can list all my items.... check the feedback.. quality so far so good!! if you buy from me i will be sure to leave you terrific feedback, on the hope that once you recieve your item and are happy with it you will do the same for me!!

I only accept returns if item was not specifically described in description. ie: will not accept if is incorrect size. things like this are in item description and you should be aware of this. I'd like to make it entirely clear that the terms under which I do business mean that you, the customer, need to be entirely happy with the transaction. This means that I take responsibility for verifiable misdescriptions or mistakes and if I say something works or I've tested it then I really mean it. If I don't specifically say that it works or I say that I have been unable to test it then this means just that; that it may work or it may not but either way I can't really be responsible for it. However, in most cases, if you aren't happy with what you receive then you are completely at liberty to return it to me and have your money refunded.

I think that it's only fair that, if you do this because you don't want it rather than because I have mis-described it, you should pay carriage both ways and pay me 10% of the bid price or $10 (whichever is the greater of course) for my packing time and the time it takes me to get down to the post office. If you have a reasonable moan about something then I'd be only too happy to try to resolve it but the limit of this resolution can't extend beyond refunding your money. Before you moan however, please look at the photo(s) and read the description to make sure that the error really is with me. I'm sure some mean spirited misery is going to take advantage of this but I want people to be able to bid with confidence.
