Walt DeBoer founded Lithia Motors in 1946 as a Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge dealership in Ashland, Oregon. Following Walt’s death in 1968, Walt’s son Sid along with Dick Heimann, grew the business to include 5 stores and 19 franchises in Southern Oregon.
In December 1996, this collection of dealerships was transformed into Lithia Motors, Inc., a publicly traded company (NYSE stock symbol-LAD). We envisioned a company that would continuously grow and provide great customer service. We now have over 85 stores representing 23 brands.
Our store is the largest Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Southern Oregon. With thousands of parts in stock and a large network of vendors, we challenge ourselves to stock the best selection of merchandise at the most competitive prices.
Payment policy
PayPal is the prefered method of payment for all our Ebay items. Offers to conduct any transaction outside of Ebay will not be honored. This is for both your protection and ours.
Postage information
We ship the majority of our parts via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. With our daily pickups, we strive to ship all packages as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your purchase in a timely manner.
On some select oversized items, we may enlist the services of one of the many respected national freight companies.
Any transportaion damage claims must be filed with UPS as quickly as they are discovered. We are not responsible for damage occured after the part has left our building but we are happy to assist you with your damage claim in whatever way we can.
Return policy
Most items will be sold as-is and their descriptions will be listed as accurately as possible. We try hard to be clear and straighforward in our descriptions and photos. If you have any questions or concerns about the condition of an item, please let us know before placing an order.
Most parts will NOT be returnable. In some select cirumstances, returns will be allowed but freight charges will not be refunded and it will be your responsibility for return shipping. Further terms and conditons will be available in each individual listing.
Items that show evidence of installation or modification will not be accepted under any circumstances.
