We are a Canadian based business and have been operating on eBay since January 2004. We engaged in the sale of new Cameron Sino replacement batteries August 2005. We may not be the biggest supplier on eBay, but we work extremely hard at being one of the best!

We currently accept PayPal as our acceptable payment methods. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept wire transfers, credit cards, personal cheques, money orders or bank drafts.

For battery products, shipping is generally next day, excluding weekend purchases which are shipped on Monday. Delivery is typically expected within 10 business days. Please be aware that delays by customs are outside of our control and may impact delivery speed. Our battery products are located and shipped out of Hong Kong. Shipping is via Hong Kong Post International Registered Air Mail. A tracking/confirmation number is provided for each shipment.

We provide for a full 90 day guarantee if the buyer is not completelely satisfied with the purchase. We will provide either replacement product or a full money refund, including your shipping cost! In both cases, we also cover all return shipping costs!

We do provide for combined shipping and offer a $2 discount on each additional unit purchased. Further discounts are available on purchases of 5 or more units by request. Wholesale orders are accepted.
