Customers waiting for deliveries can view their consignment details using the Australia Post eParcel website: www.eparcel.com.au All deliveries must be signed for on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for delivery the courier will leave a delivery notification card advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest local Australia Post office. We will not replace missing or damaged items posted by Regular Post, SORRY. All your Precious Jewels will come to you in an Organza Gift Bag. All I can say is that this seller is OUTSTANDING in every way. I have bought, and sold, on EBay and have met some extremely nice people but these people have been truly exceptional with Professionalism, Communications, Attitude, Helpfulness, Generosity...and the list could go on. If only all EBay users and transactions could be this pleasant. I wish nothing but continued success for these people in their endeavour to provide both Professional and Personal service and assistance to both their current and future customers. After Xmas, (can't do it before then as we have got our daughter a Xmas present and can't risk revealing source before then), I will have her log them as a Favourite Seller for any possible future jewellery purchases. I would like all to know that kathandruss at the jewel shop would have to be my hapiest experience on ebay. And all for a s/s necklace. The deal was transacted with total professionalism, but when the parcel arrived and I opened it, it was beautifully gift wrapped (including a pretty little gift tag). I carefully undid the wrapping (it was too nice to tear) and the necklace, set into a practical box, was more than I had expected - certainly much more in value than I paid. I have re-wrapped the necklace in the same paper and put it away for my granddaughter, Whitney, for Christmas. We all too often are quick to criticise, but I wanted to praise kathandruss for their wonderful business attitude. Congratulations. Di.
