Business InformationPayment policy
Preferred payment method is Direct Bank Deposit but you can use Paypal if required. If you use Paypal eCheques please be advised that it can take up to 5 business days (weekends not included) for funds to be cleared and desposited into my account - normal bank deposits only take around 2 business days.
Paypal now have a 'Buyer/Seller Protection Policy' in place, to be covered by this policy your item will need to be sent via Registered Post or Express post so that your item is traceable. If you don't have your item sent via Registered Post or Express Post you will not be able to claim for any loss or damage caused to your item during shipment.

Postage information
I do not try to profit from postal charges so I include a one off fee of $2.00 to cover packaging costs & materials (eg. boxes, bubblewrap, tough bags, postpaks, packing paper,sticky tape, packing tape, fragile tape etc.). Whenever possible I try to use the calculated method of shipping in my item listings as this gives you a good idea of what it will cost me to ship your parcel (the $2.00 packaging cost & materials fee is included in this amount). I am also more than happy to combine shipping - within reason - but the $2.00 handling fee will still apply to the additional items. Pick up can be arranged - please ask. I also offer registered post for my listings - see below. All postage costs on my listings are for Australian residents only. If you do not agree with my postage Terms & Conditions - Please do NOT bid on my items.
Return policy
If you receive your item and it's not as described please contact us to arrange an appropriate solution. We always try to describe items as thoroughly as possible & provide photos for your reference. If you are unsure about something regarding the item you are interested in it is your responsibility to ask questions and/or request further photos.------------> If a return is granted then the following applies:
