How can we achieve all this? We supply most of our products directly from the factory to our market place. We avoid middlemen such as importers, distributers and wholesalers. We also avoid expensive advertising and marketing campaigns. Just.Shop.Direct promise that by shopping with us you will pay less than half typical retail store prices and often many times less. Secondly our products are very carefully researched before we bring them to market. We will not compromise on quality or service. Our customer service specialists have over 10 years experience. All our products come with factory backed warranties, in fact we offer everything your local department store offer apart from high prices.
Payment policy
The successful highest bidder must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 3 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise, highest-bidder will be considered as a NON-PAYING bidder
Postage information
We intend to ship 48 hours after payment has been received in full and no later than 5 days, please allow 4 business days for delivery. Just.Shop.Direct are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages during delivery.
Return policy
For all faulty items with a Return to Base warranty, buyers must contact us by e-mail. We will send a form to the buyer to complete and kindly send the form back to us together with the faulty item. Please Note. For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer. If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted. If a refund is issued it covers the cost of the purchase and not the shipping cost because we have been charged that fee by the postal service. There will also be a nominal restocking fee

All our products are comprehensively tested and checked prior to delivery ensuring your 100% satisfaction.
Hence it’s understandable we are so confident that we include our full guarantee, return offer and warranty with every product we sell. We warrant that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and agree to replace any part that proves to be defective without charge.
Warranty terms do not cover any parts that are damaged by neglect or misuse, incorrect assembly, improper maintenance or collision/accidents or any consumable items which will be solely at our discretion. In the case that a warranty claim arises, we require the faulty part or item to be returned to us so we can examine, test and repair or replace any item deemed faulty.
We kindly mention that freight, handling and insurance costs remain the responsibly of the buyer and in most cases also includes the return postage costs we incur on sending the replacement component back to the buyer.
DOA Return Policy
We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOAs must be contact/return to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us first. If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense. We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. Please contact us before you return anything
