Seems to be a good guide...I haven't used it on walks yet, just planning. One thing: I find it hard to figure out access to the track at different points. (like from Falls Creek for example) Connecting tracks are not in the book.

Teeter is a great Inversion table.
Awesome...solid. Good to stretch the back out. But complement it with exercise as this is not going to build muscle.
