The box arrived broken.I have no way to post pictures except by text message.The seller won't let me send the pictures that way and is using that as an excuse not to give me a refund.Worst seller to deal with in along time.I paid for a box in perfect shape got a broken one instead and now I'm stuck with it.I offered a way to settle this that would be fair to both seller and buyer but seller said no.Very unhappy with this order and this mess that could have easily been solved.Two weeks to ship.

The buyer sent an email asking for a 50% refund. No proof or evidence of damage was provided. We instructed the buyer to post pictures of the damage which it did not do. No seller provides a partial refund for an item neither returned nor for which the buyer fails or refuses to send pictures showing the alleged damage. The buyer claims that WE prevented the posting of THEIR pictures!

This delivery is slow,circumstantial and primitive. The tracking was full of false and misleading information. The package was managed by 6 companies, the package was at 8 locations. All this slowed down the delivery a lot. There were 4 tracking numbers and a waybill number. The tracking marked the package as delivered at all companies' locations. Especially Yunexpress éa DHL is a very weak company.The weakest company is Hungarian Post /Magyar Posta/. FREE shipping from China is much easier and

Ebay handled the international shipping complained about here. It has nothing to do with the seller. Even so what's the point of telling us about how poor Hungarian shipping is.
