Will accept returns. In general: full selling price refund. In general: MY MISTAKE = I cover my shipping & return shipping OR NOT MY MISTAKE = I refund sell price but nor return shipping. I deal with each case individually and of the very few returns I have ever had (less than five with 15,000+ items sold), I believe all were happily resolved
