It was not in book form as implied by the photo. Seller wants me to pay return postage (About $20) and will not refund initial postage. Seller does not respond to my request for an explanation. I do not recommend this seller to anyone and would never buy from them again. E-Bay wrongly suggests that sellers want to help. Not the case here. CD format was never mentioned and I am expected to be penalized for their mistake.

It is a PDF book on CD. The photo implies nothing about the format of the book. It is CLEARLY DESCRIBED as a CD in the title, item specifics and description. Buyer didn't read the listing, didn't read my reply to their request and is unwilling to pay return postage following their error.
