On 10/22/08 we found out Big Ben's will be expecting a new addition to the family. The little one is expected on 7/5/09. We are very excited and can hardly wait!

We are in the process of phasing out check and money order payments and will only be allowing payment via PayPal. Payment by CC and eCheck will still be possible using PayPal. Payment is due when you are completed with your shopping.

First off sellers are not responsible for shipping delivery times. This information is provided by USPS or UPS respectivly. Shipping Rates are shown on each eBay listing. O2Ocean Piercing Aftercare Spray 1.5oz and 4oz cans are considered Hazardous Materials and require extra shipping time when using USPS. Tracking information for HAZMAT packages are sometimes useless is a total waste of money however, when possible this information is provided to our buyers. Please keep in mind, not all packages will have tracking, such as 1st Class Mail (not to be confused with 1st Class Mail Parcel). Buyers should know that USPS DOES NOT guarantee delivery of any service other than Express Mail. UPS is guaranteed delivery in 6 days from pickup. UPS ships on a daily basis.

We do not accept returns on items that are not insured. If your shipment is insured and you experience a problem with your package or the contents within, please contact us within 5 days.

The DOT regulates what is and what is not considered a Hazardous Material and how it can and cannot be shipped. The also determine where we can and cannot send these to. When buying items that are HazMat shipping time frames are no longer reliable with USPS and all the general rules no longer apply. Shipping times for H2Ocean range from 3-24 or 25 days when using USPS and 2-6 days when using UPS (and it's guaranteed service).
