Started this business when we moved to a smaller house so that I could pass on some of our books and other collected things. Now Recently expanded my business to also sell personalised Poetry suitable for special occasions. Have started with Birthday greetings but will be expanding to other categories.

For internaltional customers we offer Paypal. For Australian customers we also offer bank transfers.

I mainly use pre-paid satchels in Australia. My poetry is emailed so attracts no postage and hence is available internationally.

I make sure that the things I sell are of good quality and exactly as per description. In the event that there are faults that are overlooked I will communicate with the buyer a fair return. The need for this has only happened once and I provided a full refund.

I check my emails regulary so prefer this method of contact. I will leave a note in my store if I am unavailable for any length of time due to illness or holidays.
