Established in 2005 as Lustre & Glaze, a specialist retailer of contemporary ceramics and glass, the business has since evolved to stock designer and design-led homewares, accessories and gifts. In 2012 our name changed to Hurn & Hurn and our new website was launched. Still a small family business, we strive to discover unusual and sought after products and continue to trade on ebay, having to date served over 7000 customers. Our range is carefully selected and new pieces are regularly added ensuring an exciting and ever changing collection. Backed by superb customer service, we aim to provide a great shopping experience.

Payment can be made through PayPal during checkout or by telephone using most major credit or debit cards. We do not accept cheques or money transfers.

We use a weighted delivery system to ensure you pay a fair price, with all deliveries being charged at cost. You only pay once for delivery and where possible purchases are combined to minimise the cost. We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of being accepted and often on the same day. Purchases made during the weekend are processed on a Monday morning. Should a product not be available, we will contact you immediately and issue a refund. Great care is taken in packing all purchases to ensure they arrive safely.

You may return goods within 14 days of delivery providing they meet the conditions of our returns policy. Orders placed from the 24 November - 24 December are subject to an extended Christmas returns period and can be returned up until 10 January.
