Although the item was delivered promptly and in good condition, I had an issue because the fill was not down as advertised. Evidently, this is a problem at the SKU level and anywhere you look online, this jacket is described as down filled. I provided photos of the tags and the seller sent me a return label and refunded in full. I felt that I wa treated very fairly and politely. Would not hesitate to buy from this supplier again.
