paid for a charm back in December of 2011 never got the charm and will not return my emails

Ordered and promptly paid for a ring from this seller and never received it nor could I get any response.

I purchased a pendant which never turned up

I purchased 12 items, pendants and bangles from Hotsmile. All of the 12 items had to be returned due to poor quality craftsmanship, the items not matching the deion, and more importantly, the items were not genuine natural stones, in most cases they were man-made (fake). What this company does is accept all prices, then sends out poor quality/fake items and put on a freight costs that are in many cases 3 times the price of the item. This is where they are making their money, as postages is just normal mail and they do combine the items into one parcel. I did not get their sterling silver tested to see if that was genuine. But the stones definitely were not. The communication with this company is diabolical. They alway blame everyone else. I had to raise a dispute claim through paypal. As this company is untrustworthy. Warning do not buy from them, you do not get what you pay for.

I purchased 4 "pandora"-style charms and 1 ring (for the charms). The shipping was 3 weeks, which is normal considering they run out of China. But the ring and 3 of the 4 charms are NOT sterling silver as the listing indicated (magnet attracts them). The listings were removed less than a week after I purchased them, so I cannot leave feedback to warn other buyers. Very cute, but NOT STERLING SILVER!!!
