Postage information
I post every working day and even sometimes on a Saturday. I use all new Aussie Post products and am happy to combine shipping to save my buyers money.
Return policy
I am happy to exchange any item (except for underwear and swimwear) with 7 days, if you are not happy for any reason. You must send back the item as you received it, all store tags still on, not worn or washed - basically as you would liked to have received it! The buyer needs to pay for the postage each way on an exchange. In the ultra rare event you receive a faulty item, I will refund you in full, including ALL postage costs, once the item has been received back and inspected for the fault. I would never expect my buyer to be out of pocket for even 1c if they receive a faulty item.
