I started in the fashion industry when I was young. Studied to become a professional counsellor. I have worked with Victims Of Crime in my State, and like working to help people through the court system (Victims that is) :)

Payment policy
I allow 7 days for payment. If someone needs a little longer they need to contact me first before bidding. Aussie buyers are encouraged to use Direct Deposit with Overseas buyers to use PayPal only.

Postage information
I usually post within 4 days of when payment clears my end. If payment clears on a Friday or Week-end, then I will post the next business working day (usually Monday).I also pack as I would like to receive items. Packed clean & wrapped and I try to post with the minimal costs to the buyer. I do charge a minimal amount (in the postage costs)for the packaging and handling.This covers costs of wrapping/ tape/ postage pack etc. Postage costs are no way seen as a way to profit from buyers. We pack all items for a safe journey....here in Australia and for overseas purchases.

Return policy
My return policy is that I give a credit for purchasing. All returns have to be paid for (postage) and sent back by the buyer before I give the credit (meaning I must have the item, as sent, returned). The credit is only for the amount of the item, not the postage. I do not give credits for a change of mind. People should ask questions prior to bidding if not all their question are answered in my descriptions. Returns are also in line with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
