Hi to eBay members that may be reading. I'm just a regular chap who initially joined eBay when my favourite music festival Meredith sold out in 05, & I missed out on tickets. As a last ditch effort I tried eBay for the first time. At first I was a little bewildered with eBay, but I emerged with 2 precious Meredith tickets, & I was happy. Since then I have tried to learn all I can about eBay, so I can buy & sell effeciently, & with no problems. I also decided to keep trading on eBay because it was fun, & thus far, all my transactions have been good ones.

Member since 2005. When I am selling on ebay it will only be things that I or someone I know will have owned, & don't need anymore. This is not a business, eBay for me is a bit like an exteded Trading Post experience, but much more fun, & with far better results.

Generally Paypal is my preffered method of payment, but I also like it when people come over to my house & give me money too… after they've picked up their goods of course. Also it would be greatly appreciated, if payment could be made within 24 hours of the listing ending.

If postage is required, the prices will be those that have been quoted to me by Australia Post or my best estimate. As soon as payment is made, I will post the item. But I also welcome local pickup of the item once the listing has closed. I have sold several items & had the buyer pick them up shortly after, & found it works well. No waiting around for the item to arrive, no postage costs, & if you are both there viewing the item at the same time, there can be no misunderstandings of any sort. Of course I understand this is not always possible.

I try to be as detailed in my descriptions, & photos as humanly possible. So hopefully a return will never happen. I also encourage inspection of all items I am selling, so if you view the item first hand there should be no problems. However, if I have neglected to mention something, or the buyer has a legitimate reason for returning the item, I will do my best to resolve the issue. I am a buyer too, & I know, we all just want what we were promised & to be happy with our purchase.

I am an honest & reliable member to deal with in eBay, & will do my upmost to make any transaction a pleasant experience. If you have looked at any of my items for sale you will see that I not only encourage questions, but also welcome inspections of any item I am selling, if you live close enough to do so. If you are bidding or considering bidding and you are able to view the item first hand then I welcome it. That way there is no confusion of any sort, you know exactly what it is you're bidding on & everyone is happy.

As a buyer… the items I have purchased so far have been payed for within 30 minutes of the listing ending. If I'm bidding on something I usually watch the listing close, & pay straight after if it's an online payment.
