Payment policy
Paypal preferred, but I also accept personal cheques,Postal Orders and cash from UK.
From Overseas Customers I prefer Paypal but I also accept cash in all major currencies. I am sorry I cannot accept cheques from abroad or International Money Orders.
Postage information
I post all Overseas items via Air Mail. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE IN THE POST. All claims should be made to the Post Office. P&P charges include postage and packaging and are displayed on each listing. I use bubblewrap on all my items. I am not prepared to enter into disputes over P&P and do not make a profit from them. If you do not agree with my P&P charges OR ANY OF MY POLICIES PLEASE DO NOT BID
Return policy
I try to give a fair and accurate description of items I auction. All my items, in accordance with Auction Procedure are sold As Described. I always give a fair and honest description of my items, pointing out any flaws etc. In certain circumstances, if I feel there is a genuine reason for complaint, I am prepared to refund the cost of the item minus P&P. Please email me a photograph of the item showing the fault and I will be happy to try and sort out the problem.

I wrap all my items carefully in extra bubble wrap and I try to give a fair and honest Service to all my Customers. In the event of loss or damage in the post,I am prepared to supply proof of posting to support Post Office Claims.
Posting and Delivery Overseas
I mail all items within 5 working days of receipt of payment. If there is an unforeseen delay, I will contact the customer via email. I retain Postage receipts for one month from date of posting and will forward these immediately on request. All my items are mailed First Class or via AIR MAIL Overseas. These items are automatically covered by insurance up to a value of £36.00 GBP. THIS CAN BE CLAIMED FROM YOUR LOCAL POST OR MAILING OFFICE BY COMPLETION OF A CLAIM FORM. PLEASE RETAIN THE WRAPPER FROM THE CARTON IN WHICH THE DAMAGED ITEMS WERE SENT.
