We have been in Import/Export, Wholesale, and Retail aspects of this business for over 18 years (in San Diego County, CA.) and we are expanding to e-commerce (eBay).
Payment policy
We only Accept PayPal Payments from accounts that have been Verified & Confirmed. PayPal accounts must also have USA Credit Card or USA Bank Account (checking or savings); as we do NOT accept payment from PayPal Accounts with Foreign Funds.
Postage information
For the most part we ship out within 24 hours from time that payment has been received & posted to our PayPal Account. Our warehouse is open Sunday - Thursday 6:00pm - 10:00pm (we do not open on Friday & Saturday nights). We do open USA National Holidays, but NOT on Jewish Holidays.
Your package my be delayed for a few reasons:
1. PayPal Account used is not Verified or Confirmed
OR
2. We may have unforeseen Network and/or other Technical Issues (Internet being down, eBay not working, PayPal not working, USPS website not working, Printer issues, etc.)
OR

OR
4. Shipping Courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) unforeseen problems such as: Misplacing, Loosing, or Braking Package. We encourage buyers to PURCHASE INSURANCE for their packages; as we cannot be responsible for packages in Courier's possession.

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We only ask that Buyers (click on) Contact Seller within 3 days from day item is received (from shipping courier).
