i order 2 beads on the 4th nov paid for same day, no arrival yet. Have had a reply from seller he said he posted it on the 8th nov,(4 days later) and it can take up to 20 days to get it here to my country. I'm just not sure where i missed that information. I wish i read all these other comments 1st. i would have minded less if i knew, but on the other hand i would have probably brought from someone else. I have had plenty of stuff sent from around the world, an it didn't take over 4 wks. Oh well u live and learn.

I was getting worried as first time mine had taken so long BUT! My items arrivd today. Parcel took 4 weeks but did arrive so hang in there I think seller is getting items ordered later when auction closes so be a little patient and see what happens. Any longer than this to Oz then you should be letting appropriate people know so you can track it if not arrived in certain time frame. Not always sellers fault as has been a hold up from the Hong Kong customs and Postal Services too. Thanks will be back

I paid for one charm on 22nd October and today is 11th November and still waiting....not a great start.

Hi, having the same trouble. Have purchased three items and paid for at time of winning on the 23 October. Still have not recevied them and to day is 11 November. I think they have not been posted. Have sent an email and not answered.
