I started trading on ebay and opened my first store in 2005. I began auctioning Swarovski Brooches at first and then moved on into beads which have become my main product line. I then started adding more bead supplies such as findings and other gemstone beads.

I accept Direct Bank Deposits in the St. George Bank and Credit Cards via PayPal. I also accept paymate. Under special circumstances, I also accept postal orders but goods are only sent once the payment clears.

Ordinary Post costs AUD$3.00 and Registered Post is $6.00, handling charges included. I ship usually within 24 hours depending on stock availability. Usually items paid are shipped no later than 48 hours. It takes about 7 days for items to reach Australia by ordinary post and about 21 days to the USA. Registered post is available too at a higher rate.

I accept returns within 14 days but I cannot guarantee replacement of the item as the stock move very quickly. I will issue a refund by way of cash back or merchandise credit which you can use to buy other items.
