I received the wrong item. I requested a return/exchange because I STILL NEED the blue bulb I ordered however, the seller never even bothered to respond. eBay simply refunded my purchase bypassing the merchant altogether. Seeing as they are located in the UK, I would recommend US buyers look elsewhere for whatever you need! If there were an option for zero stars that’s what I’d give them.

Good product, quick dispatch with message to confirm, very quick delivery! The only let down was the lack of response to a query I sent before ordering the product. I decided to take a punt in absence of a response, the case did thankfully fit my 40gb 4th Gen iPod (A1099) but the advert should include the fact it will not fit the thicker backs e.g. 60GB. Mentioning this so other potential buyers know that this is for 20gb 4th Gens (but will also fit 40gb models).
