Equestriana Equine Products has been operating for just over three years. We cater to the equine industry supplying saddlery and horse related products that are reasonably priced. For those like ourselves who enjoy horses and horse activities but simply can't afford thousands!

We accept netbank or direct deposit (preferred), money order, and paypal. If you have purchased an item and are having trouble paying, please let us know and we will negotiate a time frame with you. This avoids stress on both sides of the transaction.

We live on a farm out of town. Due to this we post twice a week and very occassionally three times a week. If an item is urgent please let us know and we will try to cater to your needs.

Our return policy is based on fairness. We will allow a return due to your mistake in purchase and will refund your purchase price only, not postage and handling. If there has been an error in the listing or an error in the item sent to you we will refund both purchase and postage and handling. The purchaser must contact us within 5 days of the item being sent. The item must be in an unused and as-new condition and a refund will be given after the item is received. As per Ebay policy, we can not be held responsible for postage delays or damage during transit. However this very seldom occurs and items are packaged to the best of our ability.
