Item as described but terrible packaging. Satchel arrived torn open because they tried to stuff 24cm forceps into an envelope that even diagonally was too small. If not for the forceps half hanging out of the envelope, I would have been impressed at how they got it in there in the first place. Lucky I didnt get just empty packaging. Seller clearly had zero concern so no point contacting them before feedback.
