Business InformationPayment policy
Payment should be made within 7 days. I accept Paypal, bank transfer, bank cheques and money orders (no personal cheques please!) I do not accept pick ups. Please use the item number or your user ID when transferring bank funds. Please note that if a credit card is not registered as a back-up funding source in Paypal that the payment may take 5 or more days to clear in (I have no control over this timing).
Postage information
Postage is calculated as the highest postage amount, and then $2 for every other dvd purchased, including boxsets. I post within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (except on weekends). Don't pay $7 for single dvds or $15 for boxsets like some other sellers charge! Postage for my dvds is $3 for single dvds and most Boxsets are $6. If you require additional postage services such as express post or registered post (inc insurance), I can also assist there.
Return policy
Where an incorrect item has been provided or an item is faulty, I have a money back return policy (inclusive of postage costs incurred by the purchaser). Some of the DVDs I sell can only be played on multi-region dvd players and/or NTSC compatible televisions. (Please see my store homepage for further information on dvd regions or consult my guide, above).Therefore, in order to avoid disappointment, please read listing descriptions carefully for region and format information as no returns can be offered in cases of incompatibility. If you need any details about dvd regions and/or NTSC compatibility then please email me, and I'm happy to advise further.
Customer Service
I'm happy if you are happy and customer service is what I am all about. I can't do anything to remedy a problem if the first time I hear about it is when I receive negative feedback, so if there are any problems with my products, communication or service, please let me know and I'll fix anything that can be fixed. I don't and won't fob you off with system generated emails like some of the bigger sellers; you deal with me, and only me, and I always respond as quickly as is humanly possible.
