Not very supportive but are very cheap.
The gel pads are not solid gel as per the expectation. While there may in fact be some gel, they are full of air and the support is not very good. I would suggest that a person looking for a truly supportive item look for an item that clearly states it is solid gel.

Easy to set up and use and great value.
All the tools to install are included and they do the job. The setup is easy and intuitive. The quality of picture is better than the more expensive models we looked at. The free software works well and is also easy to understand and use. The camera is plain looking and not a fancy shaped object like some of the others but so what! It works well and has the same feature of the big $$$ competitors.
