Wow! We acted as soon as we were aware that the wrong item was sent.The correct item was lodged at the post office within a hour once we understood what had happened. We sent you a tracking link and photo of the the parcel. You wern't duped, rather we made a mistake and immediately apologiseand acted quickly to resolve the issue.
