I have ordered 2 personalized photo icing cake toppers from here. Donna, the artist is fantastic - communication is always prompt and helpful! The uploading process is easy, and the finished product looks exactly like the picture shows. Icing is easy to handle and looks incredible, a little butter icing piped around the edge and it looks like a professionally made cake! Delivery time is excellent too.

I ordered a cake topper from this company and at the time A4 wasn’t visible to choose. So I ordered the next biggest one I could see. I sent the A4 photo and she even replied saying “you don’t want a collage, just this image on the A4?” I replied “YES, thank you so much” I never received another update and the wrong thing came. She claims she sends updates but I got 0. I was charged $38 when the one I wanted was $25 and she refused to resolve the issue. Wouldn’t use the extra money to send new 1

This customer ordered a 10" square - there is a dropdown box to choose the size and that's the size they chose, and that's the size I sent them. They are upset as they wanted A4 size? I have no idea why they ordered such a big one if they wanted A4 - I am always happy to resend or refund if I've made a mistake, but I sent what was ordered, so this feedback is entirely unfair.
