Yet again Feedback left for an item that was brand new and sealed. Are people just that rude and unhappy in life, that they can not take the time to communicate and come to a resolution, rather than tarnish an honest person's reputation, when it is not deserved. It's time I harden up a little and stop leaving instant 'perfect' feedback to people, and wait to receive my own first. Have tried being the nice guy, now I'll only keep it up with the one's that don't have a chip on their shoulder and want to bring the rest of the world down with them.

It would be nice if buyers contacted with issues before going straight to negative feedback. I've had 100%25 for over 2 years, and have always been honest and take immense care with shipping. I rescently sold an AVON item that apparently is not very good quality. It was brand new and sealed, I wasn't going to open it then sell it opened. All I get is no contact and Negative feedback stating 'piece of crap'. If I'd have been contacted, I would not have hesitated to refund FULL price & shipping, I have contacted buyer since but hear nothing, and I offered FULL refund, on return for revised feedback. From my own past experiences, I have had problems, contacted seller, got a refund and left neutral feedback such as "professionally handled". Some people have nothing better to do than dishearten honest one's and can't accept and forgive. I'm glad 1 out of all my happy buyers is all you are, ONE little one!
