I'd love to leave feedback about the costume but I never got it. I was told it would ship by a certain day, it didn't. They apologized and said they'd hurry another one. I was like cool. They gave me a tracking number, I watched as it was delivered to another state. I contacted and they said they'd send out another and I'd get it soon, Then they sent another message saying it was lost and they could refund me if I wanted. I ordered earl, but now I need it soon and have to use another company.

Order and paid on 9/15. Was supposed to be delivered by 10/19 at the latest. I needed ot for event on 10/26. Seller didn't ship until 10/17. It arrives 10/28. Although my plans were ruined, the costume is great quality. Seller communication could improve if they learned the difference between "deliver by date" and "ship by date." If I need a costume in the future and do not have a deadline, I would buy from this Seller again. If I need a costume by a certain date, I will look elsewhere.
