Collectors Corner is a mecca for collectors of rare & unusual plants, We operate two very large growing nurseries and a huge world famous retail complex in Braeside Victoria. Everything we sell is grown by us in Melbourne.

Collectors Corner sells wide range of SUCCULENTS, BROMELIADS, LIVING AIR PLANTS, HOYAS, CARNIVOROUS PLANTS, CACTI, ORCHIDS, BONSAI, GEMS, SEA SHELLS, HORTICULTURE BOOKS, FOSSILS, METEORITES and Collectors Corner is well known for its staff, each a collector and an expert in his or her field. We grow many thousands of different plant species and offer the largest selection of rare and unusual plants in Australia.

In 1980, three brother, Jeno, Attila and Tom Kapitany chose to turn their hobbies into a business and created Paradisia Nurseries, a nursery devoted only to the production of rare and unusual plants for mail order, by 1985 the mail order was ceased and the retail nursery was born. Collectors Corner is independent operated on the GARDEN WORLD site and most of the plants are supplied by us are grown in one of our nurseries.

Postage and packing charges are based on cost including packaging materials and delivery to post office. All mutiple item orders are calculated on cost which will be about $2 eaxtra for the first 2 to 4 additional plants and less for extra plants. Very light or small items may have no charge. Orders are dispached as soon as possible after payment is recieved, if plants have to come from one of our growing nurseries it can take an extra week to prepare order. Orders for Tasmania and Western Australia will require extra treatment and can add up to two weeks extra for shipping time. We will endevour to process orders as soon as possible.
