History/background
EBAY member 'coal-bluff' has proudly been a part of the EBAY community since February 29th, 2000. The name 'Coal Bluff' originated from a small village on the banks of the Monongahela River 18 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In the early 1900s, Coal Bluff was home to many employees of the railroad companies and the coalmining industry. These days, only a few houses, crumbling foundations and a street sign are all that is left.

Payment policy
PAYPAL is our prefered payment method. It clearly is the safest and most convenient way to transfer funds for EBAY auctions. We also accept U.S. Money Orders purchased through the U.S. Postal Service, Western Union, or any bank, major retailer, or convenience store chain. Please do not send personal checks or actual currency. They will be returned. Canadian residents are asked to use PAYPAL.
