For those of you who have followed the information on this page till now. I finally have the internet connection at home! So much easier to 'ebay' now. I am now unemployed, so spend most days out canvassing for work. It has made my ebaying so much more important, thank you all for your support. I look forward to getting to know you some more.
Payment policy
Paypal (only for international buyers) direct deposit, COD where pick up applies (pls could you bring the right money)
Postage information
I generally quote with regular post cost from Australia Post, however some items have been too big when packaged to be accepted by Aust Post. In this case I will get a courier quotation, so far Fastway Couriers have given me the best deal. Some even bigger items I am only able to offer as pick up.
Return policy
I will gladly refund your purchase price if anything you receive from me is faulty, not how I described in the listing or can't be used for its intended purpose, so long as you take care of getting the item back to me. I love the things I sell so am not averse to getting them back. I also know the kind of people who will buy my treasures will not take advantage of my offer. So far I have not had anyone who wants to return an item but it seems to me this would be the fairest way to handle it in the unlikely situation that things weren't up to your expectations. There will be no hassles, just call me to discuss it and let me know you are sending it back.
As you will know I have recently started to sell new printers, in all cases the manufacturer offers a guarantee which normally will involve sending the product direct to the manufacturer or his approved repairer. Please retain the original packaging, paperwork and manuals & accessories to enable speedy and carefree processing.

Again this is to do with the printers, all are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please be sure to register your product to avail yourself of thier warranty and service offers.
