Shop At Clares was established in 1994 by two sisters (whose last name just happens to be 'Clare') as a small retail store in the PA Dutch country of Eastern PA. Today our brick and mortar location is a retail outlet for our E-Commerce business and is a popular shopping stop for our local customers. We are still a family-owned business but also have a great team of folks who take pride in the products we offer and the customer service we provide. We are not a big box company, but we are a big-hearted company. We work closely with all of our customers and work closely with all of our suppliers, not only the larger ones, but especially the smaller ones. We love working with local manufacturers and suppliers, so you will find some great deals on our site! We offer a wide variety of quality products which makes shopping on our site lots of fun. You will come across many surprising and unusual items mixed in with the 'standard fare'. So please, stay and browse as long as you want!

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, personal checks and money orders. In our brick & mortar store we also accept CASH!

We ship all over the world and love both our domestic and international customers. Most orders ship within two to three business days, however processing times may change according to order volume or seasonality. If your order is delayed we will notify you. Shipping & handling fees will be discounted and the combined price will be calculated at check-out. Heavier or large items must ship separately and their shipping fee cannot be combined. Although insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that you do insure your delivery. We will replace or refund ALL INSURED packages that are lost or damaged.

We value you as a customer and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. New items are returnable unless noted above in the description. Please notify us if you want to return an item or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it and we will arrange the return with you. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless an item is defective or is -not as described- and is being replaced with the same item. For international returns, it is important to declare your package as a -Product for Return- on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercial value.
