Circuit Party Jewelers is a registered Hawaii business with a valid Hawaii business license. Please contact us for a copy of that license, item appraisal, a free pearl grading chart, or for any questions. We sell only the highest quality South Sea salt water pearls from Tahiti, Australia, Indonesia, Burma, and the Phillipines as well as platinum chains that have traditionally only been available at high end jewelry establishments. Except we sell at wholesale prices. All of our pearls are individually scrutinized and graded according to very stringent criteria. We do not sell strands or chokers lower than a GIA grade A+ (lowest CPJ grade: AA for strands or AA+ for pearl chokers). We GUARANTEE our pearls to be cultured, natural color pearls. We accept Paypal; MC, Visa, American Express, and Discover. International buyers are responsible for all duties ans taxes.

We ship USPS Express Mail Overnight free anywhere within the US within one (1) business day of cleared payment. International shipments are shipped within two (2) business days of cleared payment. Certain items are shipped within three (3) business days of cleared payment and are marked as such on the listing. Insurance on shipping is included. Since we are in Hawaii, all orders east of the Mississippi are shipped USPS Express Mail Overnight but arrive 2nd Day. Orders west of the Mississippi are generally next day. USPS rules apply. We use USPS International Express or DHL to ship internationally. International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes.

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. However, due to internet fraud on both the retail and consumer ends, all returns are charged a 25% restocking fee if any tags are removed for any reason.
