Denise's Hobbies, watching and playing with grandchildren, 2 boys ages 8 and 5. Charlene's Hobbies, at the moment Charlene and Mick and 2 boys are busy moving into new home with all that it intails, gardening, decorating and of course cleaning.

We formed a partnership in 2006. Started trading on ebay as a hobby, the demand for our products became so great that we both work full time on the business. Now moving into store due to demand from many customers wanting to visit our showroom, which is a bedroom in my home which has been transformed into office/come packing room/ come store room.

We use Australia Post eParcel Express Only. This gives us and our customers the security that there parcel will be delivered, these parcels are all trackable, both by us and buyer, and insured. We have had to source a secure method of sending parcels due to the number of parcels being lost. It gives you the customer security in knowing we have posted them and by signing at your end on reciept gives us the security in knowing they have arrived safely. The postage costs are a little higher, but you can shop with us knowing you will receive your parcel.

If ever you have a problem with a purchase from us, please email directly after receiving goods, as we are only too happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have. There is no need to be agressive or threatning as we do answer and resolve all issues with our customers. After all our customers are our business and it serves no purpose to conduct business in anything other than a dignified manner.
