Mainly books and dvds. I went through a whole phase of buying historical romance novels but unfortunately I couldn't find many to buy in Australia at least not by the authors I wanted, so I had to overcome my aversion to paying international postage fees and order them from the States. I think I actually spent more on postage than I did on books - sad but true :)

First and foremost, A Gathering Light by Jennifer Donnelly. I read it when I was 14 and it remains one of my all-time fav novels.
The Tea Rose Trilogy by Jennifer Donnelly.
Tess of the D'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy.
North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell.
The Time Traveller's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger.
Also anything by - Tracy Chevalier, Anne Rice, Jane Austen, J K Rowling, Stephenie Meyer, Libba Bray, Lisa Kleypas and Henry James.
The list goes on and on....
Favourite Movies
I have too many and it changes from week to week :)
Some include:
Across the Universe, Good Will Hunting, White Oleander, Stage Beauty, Walk the Line, Finding Neverland, Donnie Darko, Girl with a Pearl Earring, The Holiday, Requiem for a Dream + many more.
I'm also a big fan of period films, such as the Austen adaptations by BBC, North and South, Jane Eyre (Toby Stephens!!), basically anything set in the 19th century and produced by BBC.
Favourite Music/Bands

Snow Patrol, The Fray, 30 Seconds From Mars, Jimmy Eat World, Paramore and Jack's Mannequin.
