Hi Rosemary, It was a Pleasure to meet you also. Honestly I have built up a fabulous relationship with many buyers it is wonderful. The hardest thing though is keeping up with the emails. Because of My Guide, I have so many people contacting me for help & it does take up hours. Hi Dear, Yes I agree with you, in Fact ebay does Not make a seller prove that an item is Solid Gold or Fake Gold. It happens time & time again. Really how many items are Listed in Fine Jewellery, when they are Plated Gold, Gold Filled, Gold over Silver etc. Now this all should be Listed in Costume Jewellery to stop the confusion with many buyers. As we say ebay Fine Jewellery is a mine field, try & spot the Genuine Gold. I am sure if most people stick to the well know sellers of Solid Gold, not just buy from anyone, this would make a huge difference to ebay & people would not be robbed.New Registered Sellers who come onto ebay, with Solid 18K Gold, 9k Gold & starting bid at 99cents, with High Postage are the worst I have seen & of course anything from China, Hong Kong & maybe some new Thailand sellers is 100% Fake Gold. Dear Roma, Thank you so much for your very informative guides. My daughter was looking to purchase a gold belcher braclet with a padlock recently,I told her to be careful and to have a lokk at your guides first. Thank goodness she did!. The item she was about to purchase was fake and would have cost her dearly.

Hi cavvy45 I've just read your guide (which was excellent) and now I feel quite silly. I recently made my first ever bid on "pure" silver. It was $0.66 for over $500 worth of Chinese silver. I figured the final bid would be much higher or the item wouldn't be sold if it didn't reach the reserve price. I was astonished that I won the auction with my pathetic bid, until I discovered that postage and insurance totalled $100. I asked the seller to explain how they could sell silver so cheaply and if they would also send something proving the silver content. After several emails, the seller eventually answered just one of my questions with a lie - they can sell silver so cheaply because Chinese silver is much cheaper than other silver. This seems like a clear case of fraud. What would your advice be? Am I within my rights to refuse payment on what must be a fraud? Thanks.

Quality, Trust, Integrity, Honesty. These are just a few words I can use to describe the way Roma operates. Ebay buyers, If you are looking for genuine and authentic jewellery then you can't go past this seller. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her Honesty and Integrity shine in every transaction!. I just wish all Ebay sellers were like this wonderful lady!.
