We also do not appreciate rudeness, and generally block future purchases by buyers who word emails like this. If you speak to us like this again we will bar you from any future purchases. Your payment for the first two items was received on May 12 and we posted them on Friday May 15, in line with our shipping details. An email was sent to fattony69@live.com.au confirming this. The "polite" message from Fat_tony Dear bumblebucket_books, So far i have bought 3 items from you, 2 of which i HAVE paid for i haven't recieved(You have acknowledged that i have). They are Top Gear rally (350197551080) and a Rumble Pak (350197559478). The other item i have ordered but HAVEN'T paid for is an Expansion Pak (400050247355). This is a courtesy message to say two things 1. where are my items 2. I will be paying for the Expansion Pak as soon as i recieve the other two. If you have any problems with my items please contact me and we will sort them out.
